A new paper has been published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research exploring the ‘Fidelity of Delivery and Contextual Factors Influencing Children’s Level of Engagement’.

This paper emanated from the PhD work of Kareem Khan (UoN) where he conducted a process evaluation of the Online Remote Behavioural Intervention for Tics (ORBIT) Trial. The paper found that the ORBIT intervention had high fidelity of delivery and was evaluated positively by participants. Parental engagement was a strong independent predictor of intervention implementation, which has important implications for designing and implementing digital therapeutic interventions in child and adolescent mental health services.
